Differentiating Match Demand from Training Exposure
A critical advancement in the Just Kinetics Nexus Integration Model™ is separating external sport demands from load exposure and biological response:
Competitive Environment
GPS & match video analysis specify: “The competitive sport environment requires X.” (e.g. 800m HSR, 35 decelerations).
Training Load Dose
Establishes: “Has the athlete actually accumulated sufficient exposure to X, at what dose, frequency, and progression?”
Biological Reaction
Establishes: “How did the athlete tolerate and respond to that exposure dose?” (Neuromuscular fatigue, readiness, post-load symptoms).
Isoforce Isokinetics (Domain 02) provides the underlying mechanical torque and work engine capacity required to sustain repeated acceleration, deceleration, and high-speed running exposure without structural failure.
